available by Letec NV (Nieuwe Gentweg 53, 8000 Brugge – Crossroads Bank for
Enterprises number 0863.730.857) (“Letec”). This disclaimer (“Disclaimer”)
governs the user’s (“User”) access and use of the Website.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, the User unconditionally accepts the Disclaimer
(or any additional terms and conditions set forth on the Website) and agrees to
be legally bound by the Disclaimer (and these additional terms). If the User
does not agree to this Disclaimer (and the additional terms), the User should

the result that may be obtained from the use of the Website (including any

reliable, or otherwise meet the User’s requirements. The User should be aware
that Letec may modify or update any information with respect to the Website or
the content of the Website, including but not limited to information relating
to any of its products or services, at any time without prior notice.

In no event, will Letec its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors and
suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive,
special or incidental or other damages caused to the User of the Website or any
other third party resulting from, arising out of or in connection with the

Website even if Letec has been advised of the possibility of such damages
except to the extent such damages arise directly and solely from willful

affiliates, partners, licensors and suppliers cannot be held liable for the
(temporary) full or partial unavailability of the Website for whatever reason

partners, licensors and suppliers cannot be held liable for any viruses or

material downloaded from the Website. Letec is not obliged to fulfill any
obligation vis-à-vis the User in the event of force majeure. Letec may suspend,

whatsoever at its sole discretion. Letec has the right to shut down the Website
or any part thereof for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion at any
time without prior notice. If the User lives in a country that does not allow

limitations will not apply to the extent such exclusion or limitations are not

Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Letec, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, partners, and suppliers and each of their respective officers,
directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors
and assigns from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses
(including reasonable attorney’s and professional’s fees and litigation costs)
that arise out of or in connection with the use or misuse of the Website and/or
of any information on the Website and/or any violation of the Disclaimer by the
User.
Letec’s products
The Website may contain references to specific Letec products or
services that may not be (readily) available in a particular country. Any such
reference does not imply or warrant that such products or services shall be
available at any time in any particular country. The User is advised to contact

Intellectual Property
The Website and the texts, photos, images, pictograms, sounds, videos,
software, databanks, structures, lay out displayed thereupon as well as other
details or components of the Website are protected by intellectual property
rights and/or other rights of ownership belonging to Letec. Access to and use
of the Website does not grant the User any right or claim to any component of
the Website and can under no circumstances whatsoever be interpreted as a
transfer of or the granting of a license for these (intellectual property)
rights. No part of the Website, whether entirely or partially, may be
reproduced, transmitted or made public by print, microfilm, magnetic carrier,
or any other means, without the prior written consent of Letec.
Privacy
The User of the Website consents unambiguously to the processing of the
personal data that he/she provides to Letec through the Website. Such personal
data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Law of
8 December 1992 (as amended). Letec acts as the responsible party with respect
to the processing of this data and shall process the data for the following

perusal and correction right with respect to the data pertaining to him/her and

can under no circumstances be recovered from Letec.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Website and Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute arising under this website or
disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
district of Ghent.
